The trustee’s job is to safeguard the interests of the owners. Trustees exist in many forms, from dedicated timeshare trustee companies, via banks and legal firms to individuals. The role of a timeshare trustee is to ensure that property (or other assets) are held for the benefit of the owners concerned and remain unencumbered by any form of debt or other legal constraint.
