Why should I pay money to a Trustee? |

The Trustee is independent and should ensure that once it has received the full purchase price, you are issued with your Holiday Certificate (depending on the setup of the resort/club) that confirms the occupancy rights to which you are beneficially entitled. The Trustee also checks to make sure that the resort or club has not oversold.
