Dear Harry
As per usual, we had a great time at the 'Bay', in December but have to admit to
being a tad disappointed with the new colour scheme, in our apartment, C501.
The newly upholstered dark
brown, striped sofa was reminiscent of a train carriage seat, in look and texture. It appeared to make the
lounge dingy in appearance and to my mind, didn't compliment the pink washed walls.
I realise, that
dark colours are practical and hide the dirt but it also creates a 'gloomy' ambiance. I WAS
hoping for a lighter, more cheery, holiday feel to the place.
However, despite this, I shall return for
my 19th year, knowing full well, that I will have a superb time, at this superb resort .

After owning at the resort since 1989, came by this website purely by chance.
Have enjoyed several holidays
in in Tenerife, this year will be first staying where we own!

Just got back Friday, and am really impressed with the maintenance work being carried out and the fact that
the heated pool was working - we needed it! Am now searching for week 7 rental for 2009 as Diamond have
nothing left already! |

my wife and i use our daughters week 35, always have a great time,would like to bring family members
however,the bed couch facilities are very poor,badly need upgrading |

some friends of ours used one of our weeks in november this year we received an e-mail from them when they
arrived home just to say how much they enjoyed the experiance and were very impressedwith the complex give all
the staff a pat on the back for all their good work

i forgot or never had a user name or passport I don't remember. I own week 40 and have owned for many
years. I have used it and you exchanged it for cannes one yeaR. bOTH ARE GREAT. Please help me to sighn
