Sunset Bay AGM 2008

The Marriott St Pierre in Chepstow has been confirmed as the venue for the 2008 AGM . www.marriottstpierre.co.uk

The AGM will take place in the Penhow Suite at 3.30pm on 17 July 08.

Committee vacancy: The committee is made up of five members. One from the development company, one from the management company and three owners. The three owners serve in rotation for a period of three years but are eligible for re-election at the end of that term.The retiring member at this AGM is Dennis Corbett. Dennis has offered himself for re election.Official notice of the AGM will soon be circulated by Diamond International Resorts along with information on how owners can stand for election to the committee.

A special welcome to all our new members! As you already know Sunset Bay is one of the best-loved resorts in the Canary Islands. The whole bay exudes a relaxing and friendly atmosphere to all its visitors. Set in Torviscus on the outskirts of the exotic Playa de Las Americas. Sunset Bay is a beautiful destination boasting two swimming pools overlooked only by graceful palm trees and exotic sub-tropical gardens.

The resort is built in a traditional Spanish style, using top quality material and thoughtful design features in order to ensure that members staying in the spacious apartments can enjoy a touch of luxury and complete comfort whilst relaxing during their stay.

The web site offers to both club members and also the general public a wealth of information and all the latest news about this fabulous resort, but we can do more together. Do we want a chat room to exchange ideas and holiday experiences? Do we want an area were we can post reviews of other resorts visited?. The list is ever growing really.
